Application
Water curtain spray booths are built for health and safety codes in painting factory, which effectively arrests the overspray and creates clean air for shop. Water curtain booth is ideal for continuous or high volume painting that need a uniform airflow, it can handle significantly more overspray compared to dry filter booth.
Working Principle
During painting, overspray paint is directly dropped in the water pool area or scrubbed by water curtain wall, while air containing ordor and suspend paint particles will be filtered through water curtain ensure that only clean air is exhausted. Water wash spray booth builds clean and healthy painting environment, as well as provides a smooth and bright surface finish.
