MCO-0813 Small Powder Curing Gas Oven
This small powder curing gas oven at affordable prices makes efficient use of workshop space and is designed for powder curing parts after powder spraying. Taking LPG / natural gas / diesel as fuels gives oven chamber the required temperature quickly. A circulation fan creates a uniform temperature in chamber, guarantees the powder coating effect.
Gas Burner
Italy imported gas burner takes full utilizations of naturel gas, reaching the curing temperature 180-250°C in 15~20 minutes. Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output.
PLC Controller (OPTIONAL)
Precisely set and adjust parameters of powder curing oven, such as required temperature, heating time, auto-shutdown timer, and fan working are easy to operate on the panel.
Circulation Fan
A powerful circulation fan cycles the hot air to warm the oven chamber, minimize temperature difference and guarantee uniform temperature to get a consistent powder coating effect.
Oven Wall Materials
Interlayer is rockwool insulation board (100 mm thickness, density 120kgs/cbm). Together with heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall forms a sandwich structure which is anti-flame and heat-insulation.
